PLUS EXTRA ACCESSORIES & FEATURES
This 1960's Strombecker ROAD RACING slot car
set # 9950
is used, but in very useable condition. Considering the set is more than 55 years old the overall condition is very-very good and play-able. You get everything in the photos, same as set features on box cover including the two cars,
PLUS EXTRA accessories and features.
The two cars are TESTA ROSA (blue) and JAGUAR (red) racing cars. They run well, have brand new back tires, bodies have some scratches, both are very clean, and have driver’s heads. No windshield or light covers on the red car. The original manufacturer’s box cover and bottom have little wear. Both top and bottom of box is strong and clean. I set up the layout (second photo), cleaned tracks and found no broken tracks, including loose track rails. You need to connect wires for power and speed controllers to the underside of two straight tracks. I’ve provided a copy of Strombecker’s instructions for the task. Both speed controllers work. Wires for the two speed controllers and power pack are ok. Transformer works. No broken fence parts, posts or railings. Track supports for over/under included are ok. No warranty card included.

It was really fun playing with the set, especially trying to operate both speed controls at the same time. It brought back many great memories.

SHIPPING:
A shipping box or top & bottom of one will be added to protect the original box and contents from damage. In addition, your package will be tripled wrapped, at least. Packed with bubble wrap around the box and very carefully packaged as to not allow items in box to bounce around or damage to insure a safe arrival.
